My daughter and I stayed at Courtyard for four nights while attending LSU Orientation. The hotel's close proximity to campus was perfect for us. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed and great amenities. We especially loved the balcony and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the convenience of the lobby "bar" offering Starbucks coffee, wine, and light breakfast foods. Despite some traffic noise outside, the hotel itself was calm and quiet.

The noise from the nearby interstate was quite noticeable, and it would have been better if the hotel had made efforts to place guests in quieter rooms. the bathroom door squeaked loudly, which could be disruptive, especially at night.

Don’t have any issues at all

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, close to some great local coffee shops and in the vicinity of the LA Marathon event. The staff at this hotel is fantastic, providing excellent service and being very helpful and courteous. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as breakfast included, add to the overall positive experience.

The staff went above and beyond to fix my TV during my stay. They even offered complimentary snacks. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. I recommend Courtyard.

During my Thanksgiving weekend trip, I really appreciated the complimentary Tide and the full bar at the hotel. the location was also very convenient with easy access to local attractions and stores. the cleanliness of the rooms was also a plus.

paying for bottled water was a bit of a letdown. the hotel had some good features but these downsides detracted from the experience.
