Felt like a true getaway, nothing too much trouble.

The spacious one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our party people group. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living area was great for chilling out. We loved having access to a piano in the community room and enjoyed the convenience of cable TV. The private patio was a nice touch and the location was ideal, with easy access to all the tourist attractions and plenty of nearby restaurants and stores.

We felt so well taken care of during our stay, there really isn't any reason to complain.

We received two complimentary items which were delightful. the location was central and within a comfortable walking distance from iconic attractions. One of the best aspects was the relaxed atmosphere by the garden.

The beds were uncomfortable, and the shower handle kept falling off. the apartment was left unclean, with no available cleaning supplies for the kitchen.

The location of the hotel was great, close to everything one could hope for in the area, including the French Quarter just a short walk away, making it easy to explore. The hotel was also located right next to the trolley line, making it very convenient for traveling around the city.

The cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, specifically, the walls and floors were dirty, and the sheets were not changed.

I recently stayed at Factors Row Aparthotel for a weekend getaway. The facilities were great, clean, and well kept. The property's central location made it easy to walk to popular areas. I loved the unique virtual concept, with the touchscreen device in the apartment providing excellent recommendations on things to do, eat, and see. The modern, spacious apartment had everything we needed to feel at home. The bathroom was clean and roomy, and the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The helpful onsite staff and convenient key lockbox at the door made our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the spacious and well decorated apartments with 12-foot ceilings. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer. The location was perfect, within walking distance to historical sites and the harbour area. We appreciated how easy it was to explore this city on foot.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the French Quarter and with a fitness area in the center. The rooms have great facilities with a master bedroom and everything you need for breakfast.

No swimming pool or access to one.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a box fan and umbrellas available. The stone showers were a nice touch. The location was convenient, with attractions like Bourbon Street and the WWII Museum within walking distance. The building offered a secure code entry system. it was a great option for a large family or group vacation.

We loved staying here! The hotel was right in the center of everything, on Bourbon Street, and everything was within walking distance. The service grocery shopping service was a great perk, and the room amenities made our stay so comfortable and convenient. It was so nice to have heating and air conditioning, as well as tea and coffee facilities in our room. We also liked the sitting area and dining table. The free toiletries, dryer, cookware/ kitchen utensils, and electric kettle were all very much appreciated. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor were nice touches, too. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the leisure BBQ facilities, sun terrace, and garden area were all great.

The studio was so cozy and had a fantastic view of the city. I loved the kitchen - it had everything I needed to cook. Plus, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had luxurious toiletries.

I personally found the bathtub a bit small, but that's just me!
