Great staff and comfortable stay. Shower control needs fixing.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the staff provided excellent service and were very friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Secondly, the basic amenities in the hotel were satisfactory, and everything I needed was readily available. Additionally, the rooms, from the lobby to my accommodations, were comfortable and clean, ensuring a relaxing experience. Lastly, the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the interstate, dining options, and shopping areas.

There were minor areas that could be improved, such as more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. However, overall, my experience at this hotel was positive.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby and a nice area for a morning run. The room amenities were perfect, including an iron and ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to the front desk staff especially Philly and the morning staff on April 17th. My husband and I were in town for our annual fishing trip that was headed towards disaster since our original hotel did not have hot water for several days. Philly made what had started out as a bad day become one of the most memorable visits. The front desk was very helpful and polite. We were displaced due to flooding, and they were very accommodating because of our situation. The housekeeping ladies were also accommodating by getting our room ready without a long wait. Overall a nice comfortable motel with a great breakfast and sweet staff. WiFi accessible and acceptable. Front desk willing to change and upgrade my room with a very slight discount. The close proximity of where we needed to go. The room was very comfortable. I liked the soft and firm pillows, with labels. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. The breakfast had a great variety of items and the hot food was delicious.

The hotel is in a good area, making it easy to access the interstate and nearby dining and shopping options. The rooms are well-furnished and clean, with attention to detail and basic amenities like a bar sink, microwave, and mini refrigerator. The breakfast had a good variety of both hot and cold foods, including eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes.

All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with many stores nearby. the hotel offered a sufficient and plentiful breakfast, which was a nice perk. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating during my stay.

The hotel seemed worn down, with bathrooms in need of renovation and loose tiles. the rooms did not have built, in wardrobes, only free, standing closets that were not tall enough to hang full, length clothes.

The hotel had a great location close to shopping centers and restaurants, which was very convenient for us. the continental breakfast provided by the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff at breakfast were very friendly and accommodating.

Our room had a number of issues that made our stay less than pleasant. the shower had visible mold and a strong smell of mildew, which was quite off-putting.

The free breakfast was good enough and the location was convenient for exploring the city. the hotel also had a decent fitness center.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was amazing, spacious, and smelled fresh. The bed was really comfortable with clean sheets. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the area we were visiting and right off the expressway. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The young man at the front desk even went out of his way to bring us a printed receipt when we forgot to collect it. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location in the Jackson area, and the outstanding staff made our stay enjoyable.

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the gentleman at check-in who wished me a Merry Christmas. The breakfast had a great variety of items and the hot food was delicious.
