I got great value for my money at the Holiday Inn Express in Salem. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is more variety of food options.

Rooms were clean and spacious, with great amenities like Bath and Body toiletries and a Keurig coffee maker. Convenient location near good eating places and easily accessible. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a variety of options like scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels.

Some rooms had minor issues like a vibrating headboard in room 118, and a high-pitched sound in room 113. The pool was a bit small, and the hotel is located near the interstate, although the traffic noise was not loud enough to disturb sleep.

For the price we paid, the value was amazing! The room was clean, well-cared for, and had great amenities like a makeup mirror in the bathroom. The location was convenient and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved by offering more options for vegans like us.

The bathroom was very clean with fine amenities, and I particularly loved the makeup mirror. The staff was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options, including delicious cinnamon rolls and fast pancakes. They even had a fenced-in area for pets, which is a huge plus for pet owners like us. a great hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff.
