The location just out of the center of town was perfect for me. I used the resort as a base for exploring the Banff area, and it was convenient and close to everything I wanted to see. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The parking was ample and hassle-free, and I appreciated the free bus passes provided by the hotel, which made getting around the city a breeze. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

With a bus stop right next to the hotel and the Banff centre just a stone's throw away, visitors can enjoy the convenience of experiencing the area’s attractions. The room and bathroom are meticulously clean, cozy, and well-equipped with modern fixtures. Guests can enjoy excellent service and friendly staff. The playground, indoor play zone, pool, and waterslides are huge hits with families.

There are some areas in the pool that could use additional cleaning.

The location is super, just a bit off the main street so it's very quiet, and close to the mountain for those who want to explore Banff. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were satisfactory. I loved that the rooms had assigned parking spots, some of which were underground, making it convenient to carry my luggage. The room was well cared for and clean, and I appreciated the breakfast that was included in the price when I stayed for a few nights on a certain weekend. It was perfect for packing lunches for my hikes and a comfortable place to sleep and eat breakfast.

The only downside was that the room was a bit warm, even with the heating turned down.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the pool being separate from the waterslides and the lack of on-site food options, the overall experience at the resort was still great. The home away from home feel and the complete kitchen in our room with all the necessary utensils, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, stove.
