The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Ana-Orange County offered excellent amenities and a convenient location. The free WiFi and spacious suites with a sofa bed made my stay comfortable. the room was well-stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, making it convenient for a longer stay.

There have been a couple of minor cleanliness issues with the rooms, with dirty carpets in both and some overlooked areas in one of the bathrooms. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were satisfactory.

This was our second stay at this location within 5 days. It was our stop before and after a 5 day cruise out of Long Beach, CA. This time, we stayed on the 6th floor facing the pool. The room was a good size and clean. The beds were comfortable. The lights still required a card in the slot by the door to function fully. The pool was very nice, clean, cool water, and towels were provided at the pool. Free parking was a plus! Good security personnel and devices. The TV had a lot of good channels and worked great. The staff is very friendly and kind! At 5 a.m., it was EASY onto the freeway and getting out of L.A. on a Saturday morning.

The option of both firm and soft pillows on the bed was a nice touch, despite the mix-up with the pillow covers. The room also provided ample storage space, which was much appreciated by our family.

Some safety concerns upon arrival when encountering a strange man in the parking lot. Poor sound insulation made for a noisy experience, and housekeeping policies were inconvenient for short stays.
