The pool was small. The bed was comfortable. The view from the room was nice. The location was great. The breakfast was good.

The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurant choices and entertainment options within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with ample choices for everyone to enjoy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and spacious, with high ceilings.

The pool was closed during our stay, which was not mentioned on the website.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and there were several things that really stood out to me. the bed was incredibly comfortable - the best I've ever slept in at a hotel. It was supportive yet soft, and I found myself sleeping better than I do at home. Secondly, the layout of the breakfast area was great. I loved the separation for privacy and the seats were comfortable and clean. Lastly, the room itself was thoughtfully designed with convenient features like hooks for coats and clothes, plenty of plug-ins, and a half wall in the bathroom for added privacy. These little details really made a difference in my overall experience.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there is only one minor aspect that could be improved - the water pressure in room 328.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. Louis was great! The location was amazing and the bed was pretty comfortable. I also enjoyed the nice pool and the view from our room.

There were a few minor issues. The water pressure in the shower was very low for the first 15 minutes, which was a bit frustrating.

As old people, we absolutely loved the comfortable and supportive bed, which was even better than our own mattress at home. The breakfast area had a great layout with separate seating areas that were comfortable and clean. The room was well thought out and had convenient features like hooks for coats, a bench for luggage, and plenty of plug-ins. The bathroom had a half wall for privacy and a ledge to keep all our supplies organized. The lighting features were also a nice touch. we felt that the hotel was designed with attention to detail and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We felt so welcome and had absolutely no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was large, modern, and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location near restaurants, as we were able to find a variety of dining options easily. In addition, the hotel had ample parking and the facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast offered a good variety of hot items and was one of the better breakfasts we have had at this level of hotel. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was located near Interstate 64, making it easy to get downtown in less than 30 minutes.

The location was awesome! The area had plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities for families. Plus, the hot breakfast had a great variety of options for everyone. The pool area was clean and enjoyable.

After a tiring day of travel, we had to wait almost an hour for them to sort out the error. Even though I had a confirmed and fully paid reservation, the staff couldn't find it in their system.
