The breakfast had a lot of choices, and the room was spotless. We appreciated how the staff quickly replaced our noisy refrigerator. Overall I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The hotel had a great Craftsman style design throughout, from the lobby to the breakfast area and the rooms. the staff was excellent and the hotel was conveniently located near the freeway. the cleanliness of the hotel was consistently maintained and it was well run.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. the staff at the front desk were not always available and I had to ring the bell for assistance.

The hotel offered a late check-out till 1 pm, showing great compassion during a difficult time. Felt like staying with family. Location was convenient and in a safe neighborhood. The front desk employee, Sam, was caring and understanding. Manager Olivia ensured we had the best room.

I had to spend the night in Turlock last minute and found this Holiday Inn Express. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful, treating me like family during a difficult time. They offered me a late check-out so I could rest after saying goodbye to my sister in the hospital. The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and the staff kept it clean and well-stocked. I had a great stay and will choose this hotel again when I visit Turlock.
