We stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in West Omaha for a weekend getaway. the breakfast spread was fantastic with a variety of options. the front desk staff, especially the two women, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the hot tub was a relaxing treat, and the pool area was immaculate. the overall cleanliness and proximity to a golf course were also big pluses.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, located in a quiet neighborhood close to a golf course. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even helping me switch to a two-bed room when needed. At my favorite spot, staff found my lost jewel. Perfect place with Free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, gym, pools, and laundry. Love flat-screen TV, express check-in, business center, and no smoking. Great for romantic getaway — can't resist returning for more!

Room cleanliness was lacking, with items left in the bathroom and issues regarding towel and amenities replenishment. Inconsistent housekeeping service and unaddressed maintenance problems were disappointing, especially considering the premium rates charged.
