Modern, clean, and quiet facility. Well-maintained room with cozy bed and fresh towels. Pool area cleverly converted into a lounging space. Staff accommodating and friendly. Good location for exploring Winterset and Des Moines.

We had a great stay at this hotel. the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with functioning amenities. the location was convenient, easy to access off the main road, and near a very nice grocery store with a deli supply. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our check-in smooth and pleasant.

The room was super duper clean & comfy, surprisingly no highway noise, making it super quiet for a good night's rest after hitting the road. the friendly staff & the convenient location for visiting nearby attractions were a plus.

The lighting in the room was cold & harsh, making it feel a bit unwelcoming. Lack of amenities like shampoo & hairdryer might be inconvenient for some guests.
