The hotel was positioned in a great location, surrounded by tons of options for eating and shopping. The room was very satisfactory, with plenty of amenities and comfortable accommodations. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant experience.

The housekeeping services were somewhat lacking and left the room in a less-than-clean state.

Convenient to the highways with a nice selection of restaurants in the area, next to restaurants, in a nearby mall. Cleanliness was excellent. Helpful staff.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Union City. The pool and spa were lovely and the free breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the clean and quiet rooms at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast provided a nice variety of options, and it was a great way to start my day. Additionally, the hotel's location was a key advantage as it was conveniently located near a shopping/entertainment complex. This gave me plenty of options for dining, shopping, and even catching a movie.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like about my stay. Firstly, some of the staff could have been more knowledgeable and welcoming when it came to providing information about local sights and transportation options.

The hotel offered a great breakfast and the food was delicious. the location of the hotel was convenient as there were many shops and restaurants within walking distance. One advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and polite staff who provided excellent customer service.

The price during Christmas was ridiculously high. the hotel was fully booked due to a wrestling tournament nearby, and I believe this was the reason for the high price.
