Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a nice ambience, a rooftop terrace with herbal plants and a hammock. The room on the third floor was small but extremely tidy with a bathroom attached. The location was great, within walking distance of major attractions like the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The breakfast option could have been better.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the city center. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and plenty of attractions nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved having my own private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evening.

None of the issues mentioned in the reviews I read were an problem during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. It was also conveniently close to a supermarket and a metro station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

We were pleasantly surprised to see a room full of decorations and a library to borrow books from. The free drinks at check-in were refreshing and the inclusive breakfast offered a good variety of choices. We found it convenient that the hostel provided locks and hair straightener on request. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

I was amazed by the warm welcome I received upon arrival at the hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The communal spaces were beautifully decorated and provided the perfect place to relax and meet new people. The free walking tour was a great way to explore the city and the hostel's proximity to the main attractions made it easy to get around. The plentiful buffet meals were delicious and I was encouraged to indulge as much as I liked. Despite the slight noise from the bar downstairs, the hostel provided earplugs for a peaceful sleep. I was especially grateful for the staff's assistance when my phone malfunctioned. They not only gave me a map with directions to the phone repair store, but they also printed my tickets for free. I had an amazing experience at this hostel and I would highly recommend it. Overall I would highly recommend this hostel for its amazing hospitality and helpful staff.

the atmosphere at Bello was so cool and hipster, perfect for backpackers looking to meet new friends. I loved the communal areas where people would gather and chat, and there were even musical instruments for everyone to use. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make solo travelers feel included. the rooms were clean and tidy, and I loved having a personal locker under my bed to securely store my belongings. the hostel also provided free breakfast and dinner, which were delicious, and there were snacks available throughout the day. a phenomenal experience and I can't wait to go back!

Spending Christmas at this hostel was a fantastic experience. We loved the complimentary breakfast and dinner, which made budgeting easy, and the free food in the kitchen was an added bonus. the location of the hostel was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to all of the main attractions. we really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and meeting other travelers from around the world.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the noise from outside, as people were partying into the late hours of the night. However, the hostel staff provided us with earplugs to help alleviate the noise.
