The hotel had a great location, right across the street from the soccer field. the room I got had a king bed and a pullout couch, which worked well for me and my two girls. the breakfast was warm and plentiful, and the lobby had plenty of seating space. it was a great hotel for the price.

The hotel oversold their property twice in a six month period, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, the staff offered to send me to a substandard hotel when they couldn't accommodate me.

Nothing to fault.

We stayed at Residence Inn for a week while house hunting, and it was the perfect location for us. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the breakfast, although basic, was satisfying. Having our room near the outside door was convenient for taking our dog out frequently. The hotel also had a splash pad and a pool that started at 3 feet, perfect for our three-year-old to enjoy. We loved the hot pool as it kept us warm and ensured our 5-month-old didn't get cold. The excellent breakfast and patio furniture added to our enjoyable stay. this is the best hotel we've stayed at!

This hotel is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere. The wood and stone features throughout give it a modern and new feel, but with a cozy touch. The lobby has plenty of space to relax or work, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I couldn't believe the level of service I received, it felt like I was staying at a luxury hotel. Special shoutout to Jared and Concianna at the front desk, they were fantastic. And the rooms with fireplaces are a lovely touch. Oh, and did I mention the breakfast? Absolutely delicious!

I recently had a delightful stay at a cozy and quiet hotel near the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. The room was pleasantly cozy and comfortable, allowing me to have a restful sleep. The hotel's attention to detail was evident as they provided amenities like a fridge, microwave, and stovetop in the room. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options to keep me satisfied in the morning.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, including Velvet the assistant manager and Robert, went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. They upgraded us to a corner fireplace room and even prepared a gift basket with a personal note. The personal touch and the friendly and personable staff made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to others. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent and there was a splash pad for our three-year-old. The pool was perfect for our little ones, starting at a depth of 3 feet and with a hot pool, we didn't have to worry about them getting cold. The location was also convenient, close to the soccer fields and restaurants, and right across the street from the soccer field.

Loved the amazing views and friendly staff! the hotel grounds were well-kept and the room was comfortable. the location was convenient, right next to the airport, and downtown was only a short drive away. the nightly snacks, especially the ice cream sundaes, were a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again!
