The breakfast at the attached restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the parking was plentiful, so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to the town and surrounded by beautiful scenery.

We had some issues with the shuttle service. Despite being told a specific pickup time, we ended up waiting for almost 2 hours to be picked up.

The staff at Holiday Inn was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The room was comfortable and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The bartender at the hotel restaurant was welcoming and had fantastic charisma.

The fitness center had everything we needed for a good workout. The hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations, offering a buffet and a menu with delicious options. The attentive service from Destiny made our dining experience exceptional. Despite some minor issues with the pool area and the trash cans at the front door, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were top-notch. Plus, we were conveniently within walking distance to downtown and the train station. I would definitely stay here again as a budget traveler.

Holiday Inn in Durango offered free shuttle service. We were able to visit the town with ease. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was accommodating. The clean pool and hot tub are a great place to unwind. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location close to downtown and the Animas River was perfect for exploring the city. Everything was within walking distance, including the city center and the train station. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a cozy fireplace included at no extra cost. The hotel was also very clean and new, making for a comfortable stay. The staff, aside from one person during check-in, were friendly and went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. The on-site restaurant provided delicious meals, and the servers were attentive and pleasant.

We loved how this place situated close to everything – the city center and ski hill – it was just perfect for us! Plus, the housekeeping and 24-hour room service gave us a lot of convenience throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the leisure casino and swimming pool – they were great ways to relax after a day of adventure. And the staff from check-in to check-out were marvelous, always eager to help!

The hotel's value for money was great in relation to downtown Durango. The rooms were very comfortable and had a small balcony to enjoy the view. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was wonderful with a wide variety to choose from.

The noise from outside was a bit disruptive at times.

We had a fantastic time celebrating New Year's at a hotel in Durango. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. They even surprised us with complimentary drinks and breakfast to celebrate our anniversary. the restaurant at the hotel was a highlight, with delicious food and a great buffet-style breakfast. We especially loved the omelettes, which were some of the best we've ever had.

This hotel is conveniently located near historic Durango downtown, making it a great choice for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed and a spa tub next to the bed. I particularly enjoyed having a fireplace in the room, which added a cozy touch. Additionally, the balcony provided a nice spot to enjoy the views of the surrounding area. Another plus is that breakfast is included, and the service was prompt - I was able to enjoy a delicious meal at 10:45.
