The staff were friendly. The kiddie pool is a highlight. Two pools, a hot tub, arcade, and sports atrium offer plenty of entertainment options. The rooms were comfortable, although some areas showed signs of wear. Lots of activities for kids, including three pools, sauna, whirlpools, and sports courts. A mix-up with the room was resolved with a discount.

My stay at OK Hotel was great. The upgraded room I received as a Platinum member was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location made it easy to find and the room rate was reasonable. The cocktail coupon was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel.

During our romantic escape, we had a great time at this hotel. the first thing we noticed was how clean the hotel was, from the lobby to our room. the attention to detail was impressive. Another aspect we liked was the onsite bar/restaurant. They had live music playing, which created a fun and lively atmosphere. It was a great way to unwind and enjoy some drinks together.

The room/suite I stayed in was fantastic and had plenty of space for me and my friends. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the on-site restaurant, where the food and service were fantastic at a reasonable rate. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the highway and easy to find.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the location of some of the rooms, particularly those above room on the 2nd floor. It required a long walk down several hallways and across the pool area, which was frustrating after a long day.

The staff, especially Amy, was fantastic and attentive. The pool and hot tub were loved by the kids. Good video game options.
