We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our activities, including nearby restaurants and attractions like Legoland and the World Aquarium. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lounge area in the lobby and a bar that was open every evening. The breakfast included in our room price was worth it, with a wide variety of made-to-order options and fresh fruit selection. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

My stay at this hotel was a good experience overall. First, the location was convenient as it was located off the freeway and close to various attractions. Second, the staff provided excellent service, being courteous and helpful. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was a nice bonus, offering a variety of options to start the day.

All was satisfactory and met my expectations.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn for a concert at Toyota Music Factory. The location was perfect and they even had a shuttle to the venue. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety. The staff was top-notch and even texted us to check if our room was okay. I loved the room amenities, like the Keurig and Dove bath products. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was a nice surprise. The hotel is close to restaurants and attractions like Cowboy Stadium and the Galleria. a great stay!

Would recommend this hotel.

The value for money was great, and the room was clean and cozy. The location was convenient, close to the airport and rental car return. The staff at the hotel, especially Dante at the front counter and Peter the bartender, were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, as it is close to both DFW and DAL airports and has easy access to highways. This made it really easy for us to get around without any airport noise. Additionally, the rooms on the bottom level were recently renovated and were very clean and up to date. We found them to be comfortable and perfect for our son's graduation from the University of Dallas. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all there, making our stay hassle-free.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

The best aspects of my recent stay were the quietness of the hotel despite the ongoing construction and the cleanliness of the room. Despite the noise outside, I was able to relax and have a peaceful stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient as there were a bakery and restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. Plus, the key location of the hotel allowed for easy access to attractions and amenities in the area.

The worst aspects of my stay were the lack of amenities and the poor customer service. the hotel was overpriced considering the current condition of the facility, with a makeshift front desk and broken coffee pot in the room.

The room we stayed in was the highlight of our xmas stay. It was cozy, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and sparkling clean, which was a big plus. Another advantage was the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our xmas vacation.

There were a few downsides to our stay. Firstly, we were disappointed to find out that the hotel was under construction.
