I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, with the white sands of Lido Beach just across the road. The view over the beach was magnificent, and I loved being able to walk to the nearby shopping area with its many restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The renovated room was very spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Additionally, I appreciated the provided amenities like the hairdryer, coffee maker, fridge, and safe. The hotel facilities were great, including the free wifi and printer. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and it smelled nice as well. I also liked that I could park my car in a shaded spot. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel!

Convenient beach and St. Armand Circle location. Friendly staff. Good food at Tiki Bar. Fast shuttle. Lovely bed and decor. Clean water view room with balcony. Easy beach access. Nice pool. Close to shops and restaurants.

Nothing could have been better.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Holiday Inn Lido Beach. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and close to downtown. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area. The room with a balcony offered breathtaking ocean views. Despite a few minor issues with the AC and balcony door, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, as well as afternoon snacks. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, right across from a gorgeous beach with stunning views from both the room and the 7th floor restaurant. The breakfast provided was fantastic, with a great variety of options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the manager to the housekeeping staff.

Awesome room, close to beach, close to shops and restaurants, and wonderful service! the staff was awesome, very helpful and polite. the bathroom was large and the shower was great. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. the rooms had balconies with chairs, which was a nice touch. the wifi was strong and reliable, which was important for my daughter's schoolwork.

Bathroom in our room was awful, with a leaky tub insert causing a stagnant water smell. the hotel appeared a bit dated, and the rooms could use some updating as well.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to St Armands Circle and just steps away from a stunning beach. the views from the top floor restaurant were amazing, especially during breakfast. the rooms were comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. Another advantage was the included parking, which was a big plus in the area. the staff were all pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The dinner menu in the main restaurant was disappointing and uninspiring, so we ended up eating in the bar area instead. Additionally, the building itself was not very attractive from the outside.

Friendly staff, upgraded to ocean front room. Clean, beautiful view. Tropical décor in dining and lobby areas. Delicious breakfast, great value. Staff accommodated early arrival and late check-out. Shuttle service was kind. Amazing stay, peaceful.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They upgraded me to a higher floor for a better view and made sure my room was comfortable. The beds were really cozy and the air conditioning was perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. There were also nice dining options available on-site. The location was fantastic, with the beach just across the road and everything I needed conveniently close by.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Lido Beach for a few days of relaxation. The staff at this hotel were excellent - always happy, helpful, and genuinely nice. The location was perfect, within walking distance of St. Armands Circle and just across the street from the beach. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel had clean facilities and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet on the top floor was delicious and provided stunning views of the beach. a great option for a stay in the area.

The location was perfect with stunning ocean and garden views. The customer service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and breakfast buffet were fantastic.

We recently stayed at a hotel right across the street from the beach, perfect for our family vacation. The restaurant on the 7th floor was a convenient spot for breakfast with a lovely view of the Gulf. We even had the amazing experience of seeing dolphins while enjoying our meal. The balconies in all the rooms were a great addition, and the WiFi worked well, which was important for our daughter's schoolwork.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near Sarasota beach. The location was perfect, just across the street from the beach and surrounded by restaurants. The hotel offered different room options, including ones with a king or queen bed. I stayed in a room on the backside, which didn't have a view of the Gulf, but it was still comfortable and cozy. The rates were reasonable, especially considering the breakfast was included. it was a great value for money.

I did notice that there was one small aspect that could use improvement.

Great location, just steps away from the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants in the area. the room was clean and upgraded with a nice A/C and a refrigerator. the free beach towels provided by the front desk were a nice touch.

Some of the common areas and the bathroom in our guestroom were a bit worn and in need of renovation. It would have been nice if the hotel had informed guests in advance that the restaurant would be closed during our stay.

the Holiday Inn provided excellent food on-site and the staff went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries or requests. We were impressed by the separate beach towels available for the pool and beach. the breakfast served on the top floor was the perfect way to start the day, with a fantastic buffet offering a wide range of choices. the breathtaking views from the top floor provided a picturesque backdrop of the beach.
