Staying at Shady Lady felt like stepping into a charming postcard! The Victorian Room was as cozy as my grandma's hug, with comfy beds and a clean atmosphere perfect for snoozing after star-gazing. The highlight? Breakfast served in a lovely dining room, featuring a plate of eggs even made for our pooch! Talk about elevated hospitality!

This place is a gem! The owner is so chill, and this space is full of pets—5 rescue dogs and the peacocks just roaming around. Got to chill under the stars, the desserts are stunning!

the signage leading to our room was confusing and felt unsafe due to other guests possibly wandering in. but the cozy atmosphere made up for it and breakfast was hearty with eggs sausage and toast. very nice to chat with other guests too.
