Robert, the general manager, was kind and present. Lobby staff were sweet to my son and offered a special breakfast cereal. Calmed my family during the snow disaster. Better experience than more expensive hotels. Will refer others and come back.

I also appreciated the manager on duty, who stepped up to assist the staff during a busy check-in period. a warm and welcoming experience that I will definitely return to.
