I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Albany for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite its convenient location, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was at night, with no disturbances from loud roads or airplanes. The hotel was also conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and coffee shops, making it easy to find something to eat or grab a quick drink. it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with no chemical smell unlike many other chain hotels. The breakfast provided was satisfying, although a greater variety of fruits and better knives for cutting fruit would have been appreciated. The staff working at this hotel were amazing, very friendly, and helpful. We also loved the ample parking available and the fact that we didn't hear any noise from airplanes or busy roads. Additionally, the location of the hotel being close to the Mohawk bike trail and rail system was a bonus.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was perfect as it was close to everything and easy to find. Secondly, the hotel looked very good even though I skipped the breakfast. Lastly, the rooms were super clean and the breakfast was excellent, offering eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit. The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast room, was amazing and the basic amenities were top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This hotel was a great choice for our trip, as it was conveniently located near Albany, Schenectady, Clifton Park, Saratoga. We were glad to be able to select our room online, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we loved the fact that we were on the top floor in the front, facing Route 7. Additionally, the hotel was surrounded by a variety of different restaurants, making it a great location for dining options.

All aspects of our stay were ok, nothing that needed improvement.
