Excellent location near shopping and metro access.

Unfortunately, my experience at The Langham was marred by several issues. I encountered a persistent unpleasant odor in the bathroom that lingered despite housekeeping's attempts to address it. Additionally, my air conditioning struggled to adequately cool the room, making my stay less comfortable than I had hoped.

Awesome location super close to the harbor and shops. Easy peasy to hop on the metro just across the road! The breakfast had a sweet variety of dishes, we were definitely fueled for our adventures!

The huge bed was super comfy and perfect for a restful night's sleep. Enjoyed the convenient access to local attractions and the awesome in-room dining options. Staff was really helpful in helping us plan our excursions.

The elevator only goes to the 15th floor, so be ready to haul your luggage a bit further. The unique payment process could use more clarity upfront.

It was just a suitable option for a budget stay in Hong Kong with good price value. The pool staff were friendly, offering complimentary towels and water, which made relaxing by the pool much more enjoyable. Bring some snacks from nearby shops for late-night cravings.

The staff truly went above and beyond. they helped secure a last-minute king-size room, and their attention to detail was evident in housekeeping's care for our accommodations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, featuring delightful cured meats that exceeded expectations. While the location was convenient, proximity to a busy street led to occasional noise levels that could be disruptive during peak hours.

This was a solid choice for a city vacation in Hong Kong with a good price-quality ratio. The arrival was stress-free, thanks to the staff who made sure our check-in was smooth amidst our travel issues. Pack light if you're assigned a higher floor, as the lift doesn't go all the way. you’ll have to walk up some stairs.
