The rooms were spacious, with a king-sized bed, and even had a microwave and mini-refrigerator for added convenience. The service from the staff was top-notch, making us feel welcome and attended to throughout our stay. The breakfast provided by the hotel was tasteful and ample, ensuring that we started our day on a positive note.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is right across the street from The Portland Museum of Art, which is a great place to visit. We loved being within walking distance of the cool downtown area and so many amazing restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The complimentary shuttle service and attached parking garage were also convenient perks.

The hotel bar has an early closing time of 10 pm, which may be disappointing for those looking to enjoy a late-night drink.

The staff at Holiday Inn were able to accommodate our military discount upon checkout, which was greatly appreciated. The location was ideal, providing easy access to the city center. The pool was enjoyable, with warm water and a great sauna. Plus, the parking cost was reasonable at $10.

Outstanding Waterfront Views! Staff was friendly and attentive. Beds were comfortable, and lots of outlets by the bed. My room was well-maintained, and the housekeeping lady was very detail-oriented.

I love staying here for events at Cross Insurance. Perfect location, good amenities, nice staff, free juice and coffee in the lobby, breakfast buffet with very good food. Convenient parking options, including indoor parking with direct elevator access.

We had a fantastic time staying in this hotel. the breakfast was great and we enjoyed the large room and comfortable bed. the location is perfect; it's an easy walk to all the major sites but still quiet. There is also a shuttle service that takes you to different parts of the city, airport, and train station. Lastly, we loved the view from our room, it was really nice.

We did have a couple of issues during our stay. The wifi was very intermittent and there were some problems with the air-conditioning.
