It was very convenient for exploring downtown, whether it be the offices, restaurants, or breweries. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and informative staff to the quick response of guest services. They even graciously upgraded our room and gave us a late check-out after a billing mishap. The amenities were impressive, with a range of services like room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The room itself was spacious and had a stunning view.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were a few minor issues. We were initially woken up by construction noise, but the problem was quickly and effectively resolved by the staff.
