We had a perfect stay at Doubletree By Hilton! The manager, Mr. Herbert Daniels, went above and beyond to fix an error in our booking by cleaning a room himself for us to stay in. Despite being overbooked, he showed incredible empathy and kindness. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was excellent. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very nice and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable and memorable. Special mention to Jeffrey, who oversaw the food corner and was patient and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and all the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent, with customizable eggs prepared to your liking. We had a delicious spinach and feta omelet. Definitely worth the $5!

Great location near amenities, staff are fantastic and very helpful with good attention to detail, comfortable and quiet rooms, complimentary puzzles and games are a nice touch, breakfast is delicious but requires extra payment.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to downtown and the airport, making it easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, with fluffy and cozy pillows and a lovely bathroom.

During my New Year stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds. the hotel staff provided excellent customer service, with the housekeeping manager promptly returning two outfits I had accidentally left behind. Additionally, the front desk person was friendly and followed up with me to ensure my stay was going smoothly. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to the interstate and had easy access to key attractions in the area.

There were a few aspects of my stay that could have been improved. the room had broken appliances and outdated carpet, giving it a slightly worn appearance.
