The Beach House Resort Hilton Head Island provided a delightful and family-friendly atmosphere with convenient access to Coligny Plaza, making exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The live entertainment, poolside activities, and beachfront location created a relaxing environment for bonding time with my family. The proximity to landmarks like Coligny Beach Park and The Sandbox Interactive Children's Museum added to the overall experience.

Beach House Resort offers live entertainment at the Tiki Hut every night and features an excellent Porch restaurant and bar by the pool. the chef prepares wonderful meals, and the staff are awesome, creating a great atmosphere for guests.

The views from the room were less appealing than I had hoped for, as they overlooked the parking lot and the lack of a balcony detracted from the overall experience. However, the staff went above and beyond to rectify an unfortunate breakfast misunderstanding. Despite the initial frustration, the hotel receptionist took it upon himself to offer a discount, demonstrating a thoughtful and considerate approach to customer service.

The only minor negative feature was the partial view from the room, obscured by trees and the pool area.

While the carpet and bed setup weren't perfect, the Beach House at Hilton Head Island is a gem. The beach access, pool, and staff make for a pleasant stay. Ivy's exceptional service was a highlight. With some improvements, this spot could truly shine.

Beach House in Hilton Head Island provides a prime location for golf enthusiasts with partnerships with eight championship golf courses, and the hotel offers landscaped walking and biking paths, adding to the serene atmosphere. However, the partially obscured view from the rooms will need a few updates and upgrades to match the expectations set by the pictures on their website.

During my stay, some rooms were not as expected. The hotel was undergoing remodeling, and my room did not have a king-size bed as selected.

I chose this hotel for a corporate retreat due to its convenient location, contemporary and sleek room decor, and direct beach access - perfect for moonlight walks after a long workday. The tiki bar with its live music and gas fire pits created a lovely atmosphere, providing a great space to unwind after business meetings.

The one service I missed for my work was the absence of on-site laundry facilities for guests.

we had a wonderful time at beach house. the staff was excellent, and we loved our comfy room close to the tiki hut, beach, and restaurant. the bathroom was glorious, and the pool and beach access were perfect for us and our granddaughters. very family-friendly with a great pool, clean amenities, and a nice restaurant. hoping to return for a longer stay next time.

Beach House offers fantastic live entertainment daily at the Tiki Bar, movies by the pool at night, and a remarkable on-site restaurant called the Porch. the staff is friendly and the location allows for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Accommodations are clean and the decor in the rooms is great.

The staff at this hotel was super accommodating and helpful from the very beginning, making our stay enjoyable. They were very friendly and constantly came to check in on us and refill any drinks while we were on the pool deck. the breakfast was good with lots of options, and the location was great for walking to eat, shop, and enjoy live music. It also has views of the ocean, providing a nice setting for relaxation.

For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was decent. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and we could easily walk or bike to nearby shops and restaurants. The staff at Beach House Resort were friendly and accommodating, even comping us breakfast vouchers when our room preferences couldn't be met.
