Love the helpful and friendly staff, especially the night staff guy who was always happy and assisted with everything we needed! Perfect location for us as we were visiting family in Westbury, with just a 10-minute walk from the LIRR station in Carle Place. Pleasant surprise to have a free shuttle service and enjoyed the pool, beautiful garden, and great breakfast.
