We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it is close to Legoland theme park, several restaurants such as Outback, and Chain o lakes fields. The staff was friendly and resolved any issues promptly. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a great sunset view from the two large windows. The breakfast, although with slightly smaller portions, was tasty and satisfying. the hotel facilities were well-kept, and we particularly enjoyed using the laundry facilities and the pool area.

Everything was spot on. We had no negative experiences or drawbacks during our stay at this hotel.

Lovely Stay, Great Experience!

My family and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the helpful furniture in the room where we could conveniently store our suitcases and shoes. The abundance of outlets and USB ports were a lifesaver for the kids and their gadgets. We also appreciated the free parking and the fact that there was no daily activity fee. The breakfast was delicious and the kids ate for free. We were even able to order pizza and enjoy it in the well-set up lobby area one night. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with Legoland and plenty of restaurants just a few minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

The hotel was conveniently located near LEGOLAND, which made it easy for us to visit the park. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the free breakfast had a variety of options, including delicious Belgian waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal.

We experienced a few issues during our stay. we found brown stains on one of the bed sheets and had to request a change.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Winter Haven. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were updated and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom, as well as the provided sanitizing wipes. The hotel's small outdoor pool and decent gym were perfect for a quick workout or swim. And despite the absence of complimentary breakfast, I found the overall customer service to be nice. While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as hair left behind in the room and a lack of a microwave, the positives outweighed the negatives. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient amenities.
