the microtel was a great spot! the room was spacious and super clean. i loved how comfy the bed was. plus, there was cucumber water and coffee available all day. it’s just off the highway, making it convenient to grab a bite nearby. definitely check out the greater binghamton sports complex when you're in town!

the highway noise was absolutely unbearable, ruining any semblance of peace. also, no housekeeping replenished my shampoo, which i would’ve expected from a place like this. i asked for a room upgrade due to the mess but was met with indifference. definitely not the pampering i anticipated, and don’t even get me started on the breakfast options.

I had a pretty great experience here. The staff was super friendly, especially Jon at the front desk. he even remembered my name by breakfast. I was carrying too much and the cleaner asked me multiple times if I wanted help. Who does that? Makes you feel valued, you know?

Too much highway noise affects sleep!!! Poor soundproofing makes it hard to enjoy peace and quiet!!! Parking area needs better lighting for safety!!! Leafy maintenance issues like broken appliances need addressing!!! Room size might be too cramped for comfort!!!
