I had an excellent experience at the Four Seasons Hotel in Alexandria. The location was superb, with a fantastic view of the sea from my balcony, especially during sunset. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean, and the classic furniture added a touch of elegance. The staff, especially at the front desk and concierge, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the pool and beach areas were well-maintained. The room service staff were quick and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was really impressed by this hotel! Sitting right across the beautiful Mediterranean sea, the location was unbeatable. The service was top-notch, with polite and cheerful staff who made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with all the amenities I could need, from the in-room safe to the tea and coffee facilities. What really stood out to me though was the spa and wellness centre- they had everything from indoor and outdoor swimming pools to a sauna, jacuzzi, and rooftop pool with an amazing view.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

One night, we had an issue with the air conditioning, but it was quickly resolved by the maintenance staff. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Four Seasons.

This hotel is near the beach, making it a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sea under a night sky. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is pleasant and hospitable. The breakfast is served early enough for those who want to start their day early. You will also find some good dining options in this hotel.

The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were impressed by the attentive concierge who helped us arrange tours and made restaurant reservations for us. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, we loved the special touch of being treated to fresh juice after our morning swim at the beach.

We were disappointed with the condition of the beach at the hotel. the sea was rough and dirty, making it impossible to swim.

The value for money at the hotel was great and the room was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, right on a beautiful private beach. The staff, including Nevin, Yostina, Mohamed Ibrahim, and Abdeltawab, were all friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the breathtaking ocean view from the breakfast buffet. Room service was attentive to cleanliness. Pools were crystal clear with poolside food and beverage access. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Comfortable beds allowed us to rest well.

The hotel offered outstanding service from the moment we arrived. the staff at check-in were efficient and friendly. the room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. the breakfast provided was excellent with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the beach.

The only downside was that the restaurant for breakfast had stairs, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. It would be better if there was a direct elevator for easier access.

I stayed for five nights and the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The luxurious ambiance and breathtaking beach view made my stay truly memorable. The variety of swimming pools available were all fantastic, and the staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and cooperative. A special mention goes to Mr Amr from the reception, who made sure our stay was comfortable. The hotel offered numerous activities, and the breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying. The staff members at the breakfast, including Nevine, Yostina, Mohamed Ibrahim, and Abdeltawab. The beach restaurant also deserves praise for its delectable buffet, prepared by Chef Mustafa. One of the waiters, Ahmed Aly or Ahmed Axel , provided exceptional assistance as well. my experience at Four Seasons was perfect, with its kind staff, beautiful interiors, connected shopping mall, and stunning views. I will definitely choose this hotel for my future visits.
