I had a great stay at this hotel! First of all, the prices were very reasonable and provided great value for money. The attention to detail in the rooms was superb, with everything exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and provided fast check out. The hotel's prime location was also a huge plus, as it was walking distance to many attractions in the city.

Having recently stayed at Home2 Suites By Hilton, we were impressed with the indoor pool that kept our children entertained regardless of the weather. The breakfast provided was a convenient and enjoyable start to our day, especially with the option to make waffles. We also appreciated the promptness of housekeeping when we requested additional towels. we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay at this location again.

We enjoyed the good breakfast with a variety of sweet and salty options. The breakfast room was well decorated and modern, allowing us to comfortably spend extra time there. The staff, particularly Shirley in the breakfast room, was very helpful. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage safely while we traveled.

The room at Home2 Suites was exceptional, with a spacious layout and great amenities. We particularly enjoyed having the pool to ourselves for a while, and it was a bonus that the pool was heated. The hotel's location in the South Loop, downtown area was perfect for exploring Chicago's attractions, with easy access to public transportation. The large breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to each morning.

One drawback was the difficulty in accessing the hotel's 'Free' Wifi. It was challenging to connect as they also offered a 'Premium' Wifi option at an additional cost.

The hotel breakfast could have been better.

During my stay, the hospitality of the staff made me feel like I was at home. They gave me a bridge key to crossover to the comedy show and also allowed me to safely store my luggage. The cleanliness of the room and the breakfast was exceptional. The kitchen table and washrooms were well maintained with fresh towels and toiletries. Also, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated near the train station and the Marriot Mcormick Hotel.

Although everything was perfect, sometimes the noise of the traffic on the road outside disturbed my sleep.

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites in Chicago for a family trip. The room was awesome, and the staff was amazing. We had the pool to ourselves for a while, which was very nice, and the pool was heated. The large breakfast had a lot of options and we loved making our own Belgian waffles. The decor and design of the hotel were great, and the little bar area was a nice touch. I also recommend the nearby restaurant for delicious food.
