We had a great stay here! The location just in front of the Tower of London was amazing, making it easy to explore the area. The service was top-notch and the room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning, ironing facilities, a sink, and free toiletries. We especially loved the iPad that controlled everything from the TV to the blinds. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great, and we appreciated the free coffee/tea in the lobby. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the leisure/TV room and facilities were a nice touch.

I recently stayed at Citizenm for a short stay and it exceeded my expectations. The compact rooms were surprisingly spacious and the shower area was great. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the changing lights controlled by the iPad. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their assistance with a late check out. The location was fantastic, with the Tower of London just a few minutes away. a great value for the price!

Amazing staff who were helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Super efficient service with fast check-in and check-out. Sparkling clean and well-maintained rooms. The location was great, just a short walk from the tube station and with fantastic views of the city. We also loved the 24-hour canteen with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The lifts were a bit unpredictable, often slow to arrive and only one was working most of the time. The signage to the stairs was confusing as it was marked for emergency use only.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the smart technology in the room made the stay ultra-convenient. I appreciated being able to control everything from the tablet. The staff were friendly and always available if needed. The location was great, just above the Tower Hill tube station. I highly recommend CitizenM for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Great location near public transportation and plenty of bars and eateries in the area. Loved the modern chic interior and the well-designed, clean bedroom with a comfortable bed. The electronic blinds and curtain function added a nice touch to the room.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room was a disappointment. the windows not being able to open made the room feel a bit claustrophobic, especially since our room overlooked other rooms instead of the street/outside.

The hotel is strategically located near the famous Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Traveling around the city is also easy with a tube station nearby. The rooms are small but functional, and the tech element amazed me, with an iPad to control everything. The clean rooms also have huge comfortable beds which are perfect for a good night's sleep.

I was disappointed that there is no gym in the hotel.

The drinks in the hotel bar were absolutely fantastic - I couldn't get enough of them. the pillows were so comfy that I slept like a baby every night. The location was prime, I was able to get to all the attractions quickly. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, it was a nice touch.

The room felt extremely small and claustrophobic, I could barely breathe. It was stifling hot and there was no way to get fresh air in.
