The staff was very professional and the hotel premises were clean and well-maintained. the location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of a shopping center with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. the breakfast offered a decent variety and was plentiful, although the scrambled eggs could have been better.

The elevator in the parking deck was out of order, which was a major inconvenience. We had to park on the top deck and carry our luggage to the hotel through the rain.

During our stay at Hyatt Place, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious coffee offered. It was a great way to start our mornings and gave us the energy we needed for the day ahead. The location of the hotel was also convenient and easily accessible.

We encountered a problem with our room reservation upon arrival. The hotel switched our room to a king instead of what we had booked online.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a weekend getaway to Sullivan's Island and Charleston. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful with directions. The room was immaculate, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore both destinations. The staff were very accommodating, promptly moving us to a larger room when we experienced an issue with the bathtub.

Over Thanksgiving, we had a comfortable stay at a hotel located near several shops and restaurants. the amenities offered, such as the pool and fitness room, were well-maintained. the breakfast served was decent and offered some variety.

The noise level in the room was high due to the location, and we could hear people coming in and out of their rooms throughout the night. the room had some design flaws, including a barn door that was hard to close and which disturbed our sleep due to the light leakage.

As old people, we really enjoyed the upscale shopping area in close proximity to the hotel. The room was clean, big, and very comfortable. The parking in the garage was convenient. an excellent experience.
