The staff was genuinely friendly, and I appreciated the 24/7 coffee station. The spacious room with a comfortable bed made our stay relaxing. The indoor saline pool was a nice touch for unwinding after exploring.

Chur, mate! The staff were choice and the room was spacious and clean, but the breakfast lacked variety and was often empty. Still, it's a sweet spot!

The noise disturbances from other rooms were quite disruptive!!! Also, the laundry facilities were incredibly slow during peak usage times!!! I hope they can improve the inconsistent housekeeping services too!!!

this hotel was really nice! its super clean and has great spots nearby to eat. the indoor pool was fun for the kids, and our room was cozy with a nice little kitchenette. the staff was friendly and even helped us with our packages. loved that they have a grill outside for a cookout!

but the breakfast options were kinda limited and always seemed to be out of stuff, and the housekeeping coulda been more frequent for sure.

The cleanliness and maintenance could use a serious rethink!!! Housekeeping frequency is puzzling, and the laundry facilities move at a snail's pace!!! The pool area feels cramped, especially during family peak times!!!

Request a room with a full kitchen to enhance your stay, especially if you're planning to prepare meals during your visit.

It was just a great match for a relaxing holiday in Colorado Springs, great for the money. I especially enjoyed using the outdoor grill for a cookout with friends. it made our evenings really fun. Consider requesting a room with a kitchenette if you plan to make your own meals.
