We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The attention to detail was fantastic and we were even upgraded to a spacious Junior Suite with a beautiful night view of the town and slopes. The hotel had comfortable interiors and a stunning outside area. The shuttle service to the slopes was regular and convenient, with the ski rental shop located on the ground floor near reception. The spa area was wonderful, offering a variety of saunas and a large pool, including an outside section. The breakfast and dining options were excellent, with a changing menu and a sushi bar with a talented chef from Japan. We also had a great experience with the helpful and professional concierge service, who even assisted with non-winter activities and restaurant reservations.

Nice view, quiet rooms, nice property, great a la carte restaurant, comfortable rooms and beds, spotlessly clean everywhere.

We had a fantastic stay at A-Rosa! The spa facilities were amazing, with a variety of saunas and steam rooms to choose from. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide range of delicious options. The location of the hotel was also beautiful, surrounded by stunning mountains. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountain views, and it is conveniently located near the ski slopes. The spacious and clean rooms were a highlight, along with the excellent spa facilities. Additionally, the breakfast and dinner service provided by attentive staff was enjoyable.

The reception staff were unfriendly and uninterested in our stay, and there was a mix-up with the bill at check-out.

This venue is a luxurious haven, which fulfilled all of my exclusive needs. From the stunning sun terrace to the intimate spa centre, every aspect of my stay was breathtaking. The restaurant offered an incredible variety of dishes, including special diet menus, that were prepared to perfection. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout my stay.

My only minor issue was with the entertainment, which lacked diversity. Despite this, the hotel made up for it with their exceptional indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services, all of which were heavenly.

We stayed at a hotel over Easter and there was quite a bit to like about it. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, with plenty of choices and good quality food. We also appreciated the convenient shuttle service that was available for getting around. The location was great, with easy access to the ski lifts and town. we enjoyed the spa facilities, which were a nice way to relax after a day on the slopes.

There were some aspects of the hotel that we didn't enjoy as much. For one, the rooms were quite small and cramped, which was a bit disappointing.
