During my stay, I faced several issues that left me feeling quite disappointed. The indoor pool was unexpectedly closed, which my kids were really looking forward to using. Additionally, I experienced disturbances from noise above our room early in the mornings, which disrupted our sleep. It was frustrating as I attempted to address this at the front desk, but there was no one present during the busy hours I checked.

Housekeeping could use a boost!!! Previous guests found dirty items in their rooms. The bathroom door had a broken lock, and one of the USB chargers was non-functional!!! Maintenance issues could make stays much better!!!

my stay had a perfect balance of comfort and convenience, as the hotel is just a short walk from Coffman Park, offering beautiful walking paths and outdoor spaces, and it's also close to local favorites like Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse, making dining out incredibly easy after a day of exploring!

The room was spacious and modern, featuring a kitchenette that made our stay convenient. Breakfast had a lovely variety, and the staff was welcoming and always helpful.

Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed during our visit, which was a major letdown. Additionally, noise from above disturbed our sleep early each morning.
