The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with evidence of poor vacuuming and dust that triggered my allergies. the service at the front desk was subpar, as the staff seemed more interested in their social media than assisting guests.

The staff went above and beyond when I left my laptop behind. They promptly found it, arranged for it to be shipped to my home, and even personally delivered it to FedEx. The honesty and exceptional service of the staff really impressed us. we highly recommend this hotel.
