The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. From Shelia who greeted me after my long drive, to Nicole who provided excellent service at the bistro, and the college student, Alexa, who had a nice conversation with me upon check-out. Their friendliness made my days brighter and started my long drive back on a positive note.

Clean and nicely decorated room, good internet. The location is great with easy access to shopping and the highway. The staff was courteous and attentive. Despite some noise from the hall, the room was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure.

It is also conveniently located in a shopping area, so you can easily find everything you really need. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The bistro offers fast and helpful service, ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience. Additionally, the hotel has a great staff that really shines, making you feel welcome and at home.

The hotel lacks coffee in the lobby, which can be a downside for those who prefer a quick and easy caffeine fix.

The room exceeded my expectations – it was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the furniture to the bedding. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was also great, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with clean bedding and enough towels in the bathroom. the location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and the highway. Additionally, there was a Starbucks at the hotel, which was a great perk for breakfast and dinner.

Several disappointments during my stay include the lack of a hot tub and pool, despite them being advertised as operational. the lobby area was constantly flooded, with wet floors, and there was a horrible moldy smell throughout the rest of the hotel.

The hotel met my expectations and more. Complimentary breakfasts and dinners were an excellent touch and helped save money. the location was convenient and close to local attractions.

The hotel amenities were outdated and could use some renovation. the gym was small and lacking equipment.
