I had such a great surprise staying at this hotel. The room was immaculate, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was very clean. The hotel facilities were in excellent condition, and the kitchenette was well-kept, even though we didn't use it. The breakfast selection was varied and had options for protein, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly, with one stand-out employee named Desmond who went above and beyond to fix our Wi-Fi and recommend an amazing seafood restaurant nearby. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed for easy transit within the area.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the front desk staff were friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with our needs. the location of the hotel was also convenient, allowing us easy access to key attractions in the area.

It would have been nice if the room had more dishes available, as we had to request additional ones for our family of five. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find out that the room only received a thorough cleaning every five days.

We had the most enjoyable experience at this location in Jacksonville. The rooms were clean and maintained daily, and the amenities, like the indoor pool and workout facilities, were fantastic. The staff, especially Ms. Alyssa Rodney, made our stay most enjoyable. The hotel is located close to the Marine Corps Base, which was convenient for our visit. the rooms were spacious and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings. the kitchen area had everything we needed, including dishes and a toaster. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that there was a larger refrigerator in the room.

It would have been nice if the beds were made and fresh towels were left without having to request this service. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly staff.
