We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and modern, providing a comfortable and pleasant experience during our business trip. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and well-equipped room that included a club-level upgrade. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation services like Uber and auto. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast was exceptional, and the staff provided excellent service, especially when one of us injured our hand. They were empathetic and offered immediate treatment. Special thanks to Gouse, Roopam, Shrishti, Chef Venketesh, and Chef Sagar, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The friendly and bubbly doorman always put a smile on our faces.

Had a great New Year's stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers. the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, with Mr. Vishal, Niladri, Sara, Aleena, Anushmal. The buffet spread was mouthwatering, offering a wide range of cuisines from around the world. The stunning views of Orion Mall and the Brigade Gateway residential society added to the overall experience.

The breakfast menu could have been more diverse and had better options to suit different preferences.

Security measures are reassuring, making it one of the best hotels in the city.

One minor inconvenience was the limited assistance in finding taxis, with the hotel only offering their own transportation at a higher cost. Additionally, I had some issues with maintenance, as my complaint about a leaking toilet was not addressed.
