Incredible attention to special dietary needs.

I was really frustrated with the room allocation. I had explicitly booked a pool view room but was given a different one instead. After some back and forth with the management, I was finally offered the correct room, but by then, my family and I were already exhausted. This mismanagement left a sour taste in my mouth, especially considering the extra fee I paid for the view. I expected better from Sheraton, and this honestly felt unprofessional.

From the moment I stepped into the Sheraton Grand Bangalore, I felt an atmosphere of warmth. The staff went above and beyond, especially during breakfast at Feast, where the variety catered to every palate. The culinary team really knows how to balance flavors, from authentic chai to superb Indian dishes. I loved that the restaurant ambiance felt cozy, making my meals feel special. They even surprised my children with a sweet platter after swimming—a thoughtful touch that created lasting memories.

However, I did encounter a few hiccups. While the view from my room was stunning, I noticed that the floor carpeting by the elevator needed maintenance, and the water supply on my floor fluctuated at times. Though these issues were addressed, they did momentarily disrupt my stay. It was a little disheartening seeing such high standards compromised by maintenance oversights. Yet, the team's professionalism helped ease my concerns.

The proximity to the mall made my trip enjoyable, allowing for easy shopping and leisure activities.

Parkavi, the superstar of the housekeeping team, even brought me a decadent chocolate cake that could make a saint weep with joy! Additionally, the breakfast spread at Feast was nothing short of a culinary carnival. Their thin-crust pizza knocked my socks off, reminding me of the best pizzeria from back home. If that wasn't enough, the proximity to Orion Mall was just the cherry on top of this delightful cake! Talk about a perfect vacation and a one-of-a-kind birthday celebration!

I had a five-night stay that was simply exceptional! The stunning city view from my Premier Deluxe room left me in awe every morning. Neha at the restaurant made each meal special with her attentive service, and I can't forget the incredible blend of Kenyan and Indian flavors at Feast. I'm already dreaming of my next visit!
