The front desk chommie upgraded us to a massive room for free, which was proper. They even gave out free water bottles, and brekkie always smelled lekker, though I didn't try it.

I appreciated the spacious room with a kitchenette, perfect for quick meals after a long journey. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport, and the shuttle service made transfers seamless. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze.

The breakfast options were decent but could use a bit more variety.

I encountered a few issues during my stay that put a damper on my experience. I struggled with the bathroom door in my handicap accessible room. it was quite difficult to open, raising concerns about accessibility for anyone with mobility issues. Additionally, I was disappointed to find the indoor pool closed, which looked as if it was being utilized for swim classes rather than available for guest use, detracting from the overall amenities I had hoped to enjoy. Overall, while certain aspects of the hotel were positive, these challenges left me feeling dissatisfied.
