The staff, especially Carol at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The property has a great dock for sunbathing and for arranging excursions. The rooms are spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you could want. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to offer advice or assistance. The food at the hotel was amazing, both breakfast and lunch options.

The best aspects of my experience during my xmas stay were the incredible views and spacious rooms. the rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the desirable amenities, including well, maintained kitchen appliances. the views from the balconies were breathtaking, providing a dream, like setting for relaxation and reading.

The worst aspect of my experience was the inconsistent communication from the staff. We received multiple emails from different forms of communication, but the responses were not always efficient or timely.
