Awesome staff and value for money

This place really impressed me! Super clean rooms and a great breakfast with Mickey waffles. The staff were super friendly and helpful, genuinely nice people. Loved the location and the spacious suite was perfect. The shuttle to Universal has a limited schedule, so just be aware of that if you're relying on it!

loved my stay at this hotel. it was even better than my previous stay in orlando. home2 suites by hilton exceeded my expectations with their cleanliness, efficient breakfast, friendly staff, and great location near the parks.

The room we had was amazing—it felt like a cozy home away from home. The separate living area allowed us to relax comfortably. The full kitchen was convenient for quick meals, and the free WiFi made it easy to stay connected.

The outdoor saline pool was nice, but we wished it was a bit warmer.

The hotel is at a great location, just a few minutes away from the amusement parks by either free shuttle or a short walk/Uber ride. The rooms are big, clean, and well-equipped with useful facilities such as a kitchen, a desk, a sofa, and a powerful shower. The breakfast has adequate variety and the lobby provides free fruit water, coffee, and tea bags. The staff is polite and helpful.

One reviewer complained they couldn't guarantee a pet-free room and that the elevators had a smell of pet urine.

Our stay at Home2 was fantastic! The location was perfect for visiting Universal Studios and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Although the breakfast was frozen, there was still a decent variety of options. We also appreciated the helpful staff and access to the neighboring Hilton Garden Inn pool. we highly recommend this hotel.

the lobby and rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful and kind. the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of customer service and cleanliness. the breakfast provided was more than we expected and delicious. the layout of the hotel and the convenience of amenities were well thought out, including the presence of hand sanitizer stands and sanitary wipes. this was probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Home2 Suites By Hilton. The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space. The convenience shop was lovely and had key amenities. The complimentary shuttle to the park was a nice touch. The hotel had great facilities including a pool, gym, and lobby area. The location was prime, very close to Volcano Bay. it was exactly what we expected.

The free shuttle to the park was convenient, but we opted to use the Lynx bus system instead. The gym had all the necessary equipment for a good workout, and the on-site laundry facilities were convenient. our stay was fantastic, and we can't wait to come back on our next trip.

Although our stay was mostly perfect, there were a few minor inconveniences. The shuttle times were a bit limited, and we were left behind on the first day, even though we were on the list.
