the staff woudl ve been so lovely if they had been a little less disorganized. my room wasn't ready on check-in, and I felt like such an inconvenience when they downgraded me to a lower floor. honestly, after that, I expected a room upgrade as compensation but got nothing. remember Tru by Hilton if you enjoy frustration and disappointment!
