Enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere during my stay, the internet TV option was a plus, and the room size was perfect. the hotel's location was excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

The room was not cleaned during my stay, the lack of communication about the closure of the restaurant and bar was disappointing, and the absence of a continental breakfast was a letdown. Additionally, issues with the toilet not flushing properly were not promptly resolved, leading to inconvenience during the stay.

My family stayed at the Courtyard in St Louis West County for my son's birthday trip. the room was spacious and clean, with a cute city view and an enjoyable indoor pool. the staff went above and beyond to make his birthday special with a Jurassic Park surprise and thoughtful gifts. the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and provided outstanding customer service, making our stay truly memorable.

The hotel had a convenient location in a nice area with friendly staff and a clean lobby. The room had a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with a good shower. Additionally, the hotel provided Starbucks coffee in the lobby which was a nice touch.

The walls were thin and noise from other rooms and the hallway could be heard.

We had a great stay here! The hotel is located in a really nice area and is very new and clean. All the staff were super friendly and courteous too! Our room was very comfortable with a nice large shower and even a magnified mirror in the bathroom! The curtains worked really well to darken the room which was great.

Although we did have a bit of a mishap with the bathroom sink exploding, the maintenance man who came to help was really friendly and got the issue resolved quickly. Plus, the hotel gave us a free night and complimentary coffee as a nice gesture.

My room at Courtyard was clean and comfortable. The shower was great and I appreciated being greeted by name on the TV. The staff were friendly and the location excellent. I'll recommend this hotel.
