During my stay in Albany, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel's location right off the freeway was incredibly convenient for easy access to the city. There were plenty of dining options nearby, ranging from local eateries to well-known chain restaurants, providing a wide variety of choices. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel & room were cozy and comfy. The Studio one-bedroom was spacious and clean with a home-like feel. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Great TV reception and WiFi. Convenient location near malls and restaurants. Fresh breakfast and dinner included.

There was nothing I didn't like.

While staying at Homewood Suites, we experienced outstanding customer service. When we encountered an unpleasant odor in our room, the front desk staff promptly offered to move us, and the manager personally freshened up the room. The manager even went above and beyond by making pancakes for the guests during breakfast. Additionally, when we ran out of towels at the pool, an employee quickly delivered a cart full of them. I highly recommend this hotel for its clean rooms and exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent suites and top-notch customer service.

The indoor pool was a great size, and the hot tub was nice and hot. The free breakfast was delicious with real eggs and juice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There were some maintenance issues, such as black caulk in the shower and peeling paint above the pool. There was also a mix-up with our reservation, and we were given a smaller room than what we had booked.

Our stay at Homewood Suites was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the top-notch breakfast buffet with a special mention to Priscilla, who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The hotel also had great amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and outdoor basketball court. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

homewood suites in albany exceeded my expectations! the staff was friendly and accommodating, the suites were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. little touches like clean towels at the pool and iced coffee in the lobby made it feel like a home away from home. i will definitely stay here again!

Parking lot maintenance not communicated.

My stay here last weekend was exceptional. After a major hiccup in my trip up from NYC early on Saturday, everyone here was extremely approachable, professional, and personable from arrival through departure. My suite had a plethora of space for me to comfortably study for another CPA exam. Breakfasts and dinner at the evening social were so delicious that I am smiling while writing this. Staff also shuttled me to the local Hannaford to pick up lunch and hospitably allowed me to eat it in the common area of the lobby. I will be back again gladly when time and circumstances permit.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the value for money is outstanding, especially considering the spacious rooms with a kitchenette that comes fully stocked. The 2 queen beds provide ample bedding, and the breakfast served is a real treat, much better than your average hotel breakfast. Additionally, the hotel's location on Wolf Road is fantastic, with plentiful restaurants nearby.

All was more than okay, I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The hotel on Wolf Road offered great value for the prices charged. The staff provided excellent service at the well-maintained rooms that came with comfortable beds and kitchenette, stocked with all essential utensils and electronics. The extensive breakfast was served at the inviting seating areas, complete with a glowing fireplace.

As young people, we loved the convenient location and friendly staff. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The Wednesday food and drinks were a great bonus, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. it was a great experience.

The cleanliness of the bathtub was not up to par, with black dirt present on the bottom and sides. However, the rest of the bathroom was clean.
