homewood suites in augusta is simply underwhelming. the pool was closed, much to my dismay, and the air conditioner barely worked. i expected a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences but received nothing. after all that, how can i leave a good review? you would think they would go the extra mile. unforgivable.
