Pedro, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful, providing a free upgrade after a bad experience at the train station. The hotel had a unique space age design, with modern and clean rooms. The soundproofing was excellent and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. The staff, especially Pedro, were friendly and provided great advice on travel and restaurants. a fantastic stay at a hotel that delivers what it promises.
