The staff, especially Ingrid and Bianca, were extremely helpful and accommodating, even patching me through to my mom at night. The room was spacious, clean, and convenient for my husband with Parkinson's. The friendly staff made our stay even better!

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the breakfast options were limited, with only hard, boiled eggs and pre, packaged omelettes available.

This hotel is perfect to get around the Rogers area, as it is close to everything. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with soft beds and SUPER soft sheets. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even to children with special needs. The breakfast is great, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers facilities like swimming pool and basketball court, and even provides dinner, snacks, and alcohol on certain nights. You'll feel right at home here.

The shower/tub had a small issue with the faucet not working initially. However, the maintenance staff promptly fixed it, but it took some time to get the issue resolved.

Great for families! We had to stay here for over a month due to a flooded house, and it was like living in an apartment. The amenities were amazing - maid service, breakfast, dinner, snacks, and even alcohol some nights. The kids loved the pool, basketball court, and movies. We've stayed at other Homewood Suites since and highly recommend it. a wonderful experience!
