Homewood Suites provided excellent service when there was a reservation mix-up, helping us find alternative accommodation and even covering the taxi fare. The hotel was clean, spacious, and had lovely lighting in the bathroom. The staff, especially Jackey at the front desk, were outstandingly friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was a great convenience.

Food for breakfast could be improved with better quality creamers and more attention to cleaning the sink area after previous guests.

Secondly, the attention to detail was outstanding. The rooms were equipped with kitchenettes, which came in handy for preparing meals. And the beds? They were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Lastly, the breakfast was included and offered a great variety of options to start the day off right. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The rooms at Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea are so cozy and welcoming. I felt right at home with the fully-equipped kitchen and separate sitting area. The spacious and bright layout made my stay extra comfortable.
