I recently stayed at Homewood Suites in Needham for a few nights and I couldn't have been happier. The hotel is relatively new and the property is well-maintained and pleasant. The parking situation was great, with plenty of spaces available. I really appreciated the option of having breakfast, even though I didn't have time to eat. The smell coming from the breakfast area was really inviting. I got exactly what I was expecting when I booked the room. The location is also convenient for visiting Boston, just a 15-minute drive away.

No major issues, all was fine.

We had a late arrival and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They assured us there would be no issues with our check-in and even offered to switch our room if we weren't satisfied. Thankfully, our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable throughout our four-night stay. The size of the room was impressive and the facilities, including the TV and laundry, were great. The hotel itself was new and beautifully designed, with good sound insulation and comfortable furnishings. Another bonus was the free parking and decent breakfast.

The lack of a full-length mirror in the room was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel was a bit far from Boston, and during rush hour it took over an hour to reach the city center.

homewood suites made my stay in needham even better this time! the helpful staff, especially emily mandeville, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. the breakfast "box" was an improvement over previous visits, and the convenient location near my family's house and nearby stores was a bonus.

Absolutely nothing.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped rooms, including the full kitchen and separate seating area. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and stocked well. The fitness room was fantastic with a variety of cardio machines and free weights. The hot breakfast offered a multitude of choices and was well stocked and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were efficient. Parking was ample.
